The safety, comfort, and well-being of our customers and staff has always been our priority. We wanted to share with you how the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting us at AVENIR Designs and what it means for you as our customer.
- Shipping may take longer than usual. With social distancing in effect and a higher than normal volume of parcels to handle, Canada Post is experiencing delays. Thank you for your patience as you wait for your order to arrive. Please refer to your order's tracking number for updates on its delivery.
- We are still fulfilling orders. If we face any restrictions that may prevent or delay the shipment of your order, you will be notified. We’re always here to support you if you have any questions or concerns.
Gift Cards
All Gift Cards are digital and never expire and will be delivered via email.
Website Prices
All website prices are in Canadian dollars.
Shipping
Made-to-order items are shipped within 3 weeks. Ready to ship pieces will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

All packages are shipped via Canada Post. Once orders are shipped, we are unable to reroute deliveries. AVENIR Designs is not responsible if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Free Shipping Eligibility
For your order to qualify for free shipping, the subtotal must meet the minimum thresholds listed below after any discounts have been applied and before tax is added.
Shipping within Canada
Within Canada, orders will take approximately 2 - 5 business days to arrive after processing.
- Orders between $16.00-$300 CDN (before tax): $19.00 CDN, Shipping
- Orders over $300 CDN (before tax): FREE SHIPPING
- Orders under $15.00 CDN (before tax): FREE SHIPPING
Shipping to the United States
Shipments to the US can take 7–14 business days to arrive after processing. Prices listed below apply to the contiguous US only.
- Orders under $100 CDN, (before tax): $25.00 CDN, shipping, includes tracking
- Orders over $100 CDN, (before tax): $30.00 CDN, shipping, includes tracking
- Orders over $350 CDN,(before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking
International (outside Canada and the US)
- International orders can be expected to take 10–15 business days after processing. This can take longer if the package is held up at customs.
- Orders under $500 CDN (before tax): $50.00 CDN shipping, includes tracking
- Orders over $500 CDN (before tax): FREE shipping, includes tracking
- If you are using your own Courrier Service, you must contact them and set up a delivery pickup. Payment is then your responsibility.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your AVENIR purchases. If for any reason you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide our customers with easy returns.
Unless marked "Final Sale," AVENIR will happily exchange or refund any items within 30 days from the date your order was placed, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered, and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached.
Please Note: For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will deduct from your refund all shipping and handling charges AVENIR incurred to ship the order to you. Notedly, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated for the return of their unsatisfied purchase.
Duties & Other Fees
All packages shipped internationally may incur duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. AVENIR cannot provide estimates on duties. Shipments to the US are typically exempt from duties as our products are made in Canada; however, exceptions may occur and are out of our control. Other countries (outside Canada and the US) may charge duties, tariffs, VAT's, and other potential fees specific to your country. These charges are to be paid by the customer, even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery. Please check with your customs office for more information about potential fees and charges. Additionally, please note, AVENIR Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, nor lost, damaged or confiscated packages on route.
If a shipment is undeliverable or rejected by the customer for any reason, we will deduct from any refunds all shipping and handling charges AVENIR incurred to ship the order. This amount is usually higher than the shipping price we originally charge to customers because the shipping fees we charge are discounted.
Order processing
All orders placed at AVENIR Designs will be processed and shipped upon payment verification. Processing and delivery times do not include weekends and holidays.
